Hey class,

Welcome to digital landscape with Mike Humphries for the spring 2012 term. I will be your TA, Chris Kim. My cell number is 626 848 8694 if anyone ever gets lost or doesn't know where the class is meeting. I will try to post the next location for each class as soon as possible, or if there are any sudden changes.

Next week we will be meeting at 9:00 am, LA Arboretum at Arcadia on Baldwin Blvd. Here's the website

They sell student yearly passes for 40 bucks that will allow you access to both the Arboretum and the Discanso Garden, so that is recommended. Or there are two people passes I believe that you can inquire about at site.

Please don't be late, and we'll most likely be meeting out front or inside the gardens nearby the entrance.

Labs!

The last two weeks of class will be in the labs! Make sure you have all your paintings ready to work on with Mike and keep up on the sketchbook pages!

Wk 4 Arboretum

Hey guys,

We'll be at the Arboretum again next week! Meet outside by the benches like last week, not on top by the entrance door!

Week 2 Demos

Hey class,

Next week will be back at the LA Arborteum at noon again. Make sure to wait outside by the benches, not up the stairs by the doors so as not to block the entrance way. Thank you!

Landscape Final Requirements

just in case you lost your final requirements handout ;D

* complete a CD with your 4 best landscape paintings/ you may include additional paintings if you wish

* all files MUST be JPEG format @ 300 dpi. NO other formats will be accepted.

* ALL CD's must be in a sleeve or protective cover with your name and digital landscape - summer 2010

* label your CD with:
YOUR NAME, DIGITAL LANDSCAPE, SUMMER 2010, and E-MAIL

*present to instructor as Final Project

*your SKETCHBOOK will be reviewed as part of your final project.
